What you'll own in this role:

  • Creates and maintains design guidelines and standards for HCI Exchange (Grid/Notify) solutions
  • Develop and establish processes, resources, and educational materials relevant to solutions
  • Provides consultative guidance on application use and workflow design
  • Configures and deploys solutions per design guidelines and standards
  • Supports hardware/software installation, configuration, and operation of solutions
  • Supports corporate application infrastructure
  • Supports pre-sales engineering
  • Coordinates with client and Health Catalyst program/project managers to support strategic customers
  • Provides product management input for current and next generation solutions
  • Interacts with development resources to evaluate new applications, features, and issues as needed
  • Supports training of junior and support engineering resources
  • Supports 24x7 customer service help desk escalation per scheduled assignment
  • Responsible for appropriately escalating issues to senior resources

What you'll bring to this role:

  • Strong general technical background
  • Desire to learn new skills and grow
  • Minimum 3 years general application delivery and/or support required
  • Minimum 3 years general networking/VPN and OS support and troubleshooting required
  • Working knowledge of HL7 interfaces and HL7 standards a plus
  • Experience with healthcare and healthcare technical solutions a plus

 

Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security.
  • Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
