We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Launder linens and other items as needed, adhering to proper cleaning protocols.
- Execute carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all areas are organized and presentable.
- Provide custodial services in commercial settings, including offices and public spaces.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by the needs of the business.
