Job Description – Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Account Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Apollo Security and our clients, ensuring the smooth execution of contracted services, managing on-site personnel, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring responsive and professional service at all times
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and client needs
  • Oversee staffing schedules, attendance, and coverage to ensure proper deployment
  • Coach and support security personnel, helping enforce company policies and maintain professionalism
  • Handle incident follow-ups and ensure timely communication with clients and internal leadership
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new staff at assigned sites
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes in collaboration with leadership
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety protocols, and legal requirements
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio of accounts

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in security, property management, or facility operations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in the field and managing multiple sites
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
