- Run payroll and make sure everyone gets paid on time (aka you’re everyone’s favorite person)
- Keep HR paperwork clean, organized, and compliant
- Help onboard new team members like a pro
- Keep up with compliance stuff (not fun, but you’re weirdly good at it)
- Jump in on daily office tasks that make everything tick
