  • Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and lead a team of UX/UI Designers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
  • Act as the primary creative contact for customers, providing strategic insights, managing expectations, and building strong relationships
  • Facilitate regular 1:1s and team meetings to support team development, resolve challenges, and align goals
  • Review team deliverables to maintain high-quality standards and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Working closely with Project Managers (PMs), this role ensures proper scoping, quoting, and planning of projects. A structured approach to resource allocation and timeline management is key to balancing creative excellence with efficiency
  • Monitor team performance through analytics dashboards addressing CSAT scores, escalations, and overall workload balance
  • Beyond leading, this role is vital in sales and pitching, contributing design and technical expertise to projects, RFPs, and proposals. A strong sales mindset is crucial to positioning Superside’s digital services as top-tier solutions
  • Contribute design expertise during sales efforts, including RFPs, proposals, and client pitches
  • Encourage continuous learning and development, leveraging AI tools and industry best practices
  • Lead quarterly reviews and performance evaluations, ensuring alignment with career paths and Superside’s expectations
  • Success in this role requires strategic communication, sales acumen, and deep UX/UI expertise. The ideal candidate will confidently present ideas, sell digital projects, and foster strong client relationships to grow business


What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with 3+ years in leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, balancing individual growth and project success
  • A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and design tools, with the ability to guide workflows and mentor effectively
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) for seamless design-to-development collaboration
  • Expertise in building scalable design systems and conducting UX/UI audits focused on accessibility and responsiveness
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Figma plugins) and a commitment to leveraging innovation for efficiency
  • Strong communication skills to articulate strategies, provide feedback, and collaborate effectively
  • Familiarity with platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or others, is essential to support these processes with our customers
