-Strategic Implementation: Design and implement large-scale strategic initiatives, including project plan, reporting, communications, stakeholder engagement and change management

The Performance Excellence team drives operational excellence and strategic growth at One Medical. We lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that shape One Medical's future. We collaborate as a team while independently leading projects that influence every aspect of care delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives in healthcare

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
