About the position
The Transversal Accelerator provides critical account support to optimize performance and accelerate brand growth for key accounts. Working closely with the Head of Account, this role focuses on analyzing performance data, synthesizing insights, and supporting the execution of strategies that deliver sustainable, profitable growth. As a strategic connector, you will ensure visibility of performance across brands for a key account and help identify opportunities to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize weekly performance data (e.g., flash reports, sales metrics, and account trends) to provide actionable, cross-brand insights that inform decision-making and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain cross-brand reporting tools to deliver visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement at a key account.
- Formulate top-down insights based on account analytics and brand performance to support Head of Account in guiding long-term planning and prioritization decisions.
- Partner closely with Head of Account to identify performance gaps, share data-driven recommendations, and help optimize sales strategies in alignment with commercial goals.
- Act as a strategic support partner to the Head of Account, tracking cross-brand performance, consolidating insights, and preparing recommendations for leadership meetings and reviews.
- Assist in the prioritization of account sales goals, balancing trade-offs and ensuring alignment with overarching division-wide objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Category Management, RGM, and Commercial Planning) to integrate insights and best practices across accounts, supporting the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Monitor activation plans and KPIs, ensuring seamless tracking of results, and share insights to enable continuous optimization of account strategies.
- Prepare strategic performance presentations and reports for senior leadership, providing the necessary intelligence to support account excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- Requires a recognized discipline expert within the company
- Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business
- Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to lead others to solve complex problems; provides advice on a wide range of issues within area of subject matter expertise
- Contributes to setting standards around which others will operate within area of expertise
- May lead programs/multiple projects and/or diverse functional teams
- Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights, support planning processes, and drive visibility of performance metrics across multiple brands. Proven experience in reporting, sales tracking, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), data visualization platforms, and performance reporting systems.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting with in-office presence as required; light physical activity associated with an office environment.
