Customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry. ?? Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. ?? High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities: ?? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. ?? Assist customers with booking and managing their flight reservations. ?? Provide accurate information regarding Delta Airlines?? policies, procedures, and services. ?? Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. ?? Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records. ?? Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. ?? Stay informed about Delta Airlines?? products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Educational Qualifications: ?? High school diploma or equivalent (required). ?? Associate or Bachelor??s degree in a related field (preferred).
Experience:
?? Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (required).
?? Experience in the airline or travel industry (preferred).
