About the position

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Remote Sales Representative with a local client. This position is a contract role that has the potential to become a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in sales, particularly in cold calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups. The role requires making a significant number of calls and emails daily to establish and maintain relationships with potential business clients for wholesale products. The working hours are full-time, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM CDT or 12 PM to 8 PM MST. The pay for this position is set at $22.50 per hour, and the role is designed to support the growth of the client’s sales team by actively engaging with potential customers and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Make 80-100 calls per day to potential business clients to establish regular account holders for our wholesale products.
  • Send 50+ emails per day to follow up with leads and maintain client communication.
  • Build and maintain a contact list and gather new leads for future sales opportunities.
  • Attend meetings to discuss sales performance and company updates.
  • Provide daily sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Must have 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Familiarity with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Own a computer and phone for making calls and sending emails.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently while meeting daily quotas.
