Description
• Drive sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education. • Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations. • Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs. • Exemplify a player-coach approach by setting the sales and training standard for top performance in your market. • Lead recruitment efforts and executes strategies to maintain top-quality talent across all assigned locations.
Requirements
• Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset. • Prior leadership experience preferred. • Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless. • We’re seeking a wordsmith with exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written! • Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
