What You’ll Do as an Assembler:

  • Assemble metal, foam, fabric/leather, and electronic components using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools, as well as fixtures and jigs.
  • Follow work orders and instructions to meet exact specifications.
  • Monitor production flow and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report defective parts to maintain high standards.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • No Manufacturing Experience? No Problem! We value your willingness to learn.
  • Basic ability to read and understand English is required to follow work orders.
  • All employees must be able to lift 50+ lbs as needed.
  • Must follow all safety guidelines including wearing steel toe boots throughout each shift.
  • Ability to stand in one location for 10+ hours.
  • Must have fine motor skills, ability to work with small parts, and ability to see small material on parts.
