Hotel Valet Lead Supervisor Job Description

About the Opportunity

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Downtown (or the “Hotel”) is seeking a Hotel Valet Lead Supervisor who is responsible for managing the valet parking at the Hotel. As the Hotel Valet Supervisor, you are also expected to oversee and coordinating all activities related to the Valet operation while ensuring the Hotel guests are treated with friendly, professional and responsive customer service.

  • Provide professional, courteous and compassionate guest services for guest while meeting the IHG Standard
  • Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service
  • Create and plan programs that adhere to approved budgets and schedules, and oversees implementation
  • Work closely and assist other teams at the Hotel as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years driving experience
  • Posses valid driver’s license with Motor Vehicle Records (“MVR”) meeting Hotel’s guideline
  • Ability to operate a standard and automatic transmission, if required
  • Ability to work independently as well as leading a team of valet attendants
  • Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift
  • Ability to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions for a long periods of time
  • Proven client relations experience
  • Integrity and accountability, and respectful to others
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule

Compensation

$18 to $20 an hour
