Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Wireless Leasing Coordinator, where you will support the Wireless Leasing Manager in overseeing a substantial portfolio of over 900 active cellular leases. This remote position plays a pivotal role in managing daily property-related tasks, fostering carrier interactions, and undertaking various administrative functions associated with wireless leasing and modifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication with carriers and vendors regarding modifications to cell site requests (MODs). Gather necessary documentation, review submissions, and ensure compliance with all relevant processes.
  • Manage an internal database to upload new site designs, coordinating approvals from architecture and facilities management teams.
  • Support internal legal inquiries, tracking progress and ensuring all amendments and renewals align with company standards.
  • Process incoming payments and engage with the accounts receivable team to address any inquiries regarding lease fees and payments.
  • Regulate property access for contractors and telecom personnel, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate construction notice to proceed applications and manage documentation to track project progress through to completion.
  • Organize pre-construction walks, maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders and managing logistics for site visits.
  • Maintain a comprehensive tracker for project activities using Excel, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on project statuses.
  • Upload all executed leasing documentation into our internal real estate data system to ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Respond to carrier inquiries and provide support for internal operations.

Required Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in the Telecom/Wireless industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proven capacity to work independently under pressure.
  • Experience in Real Estate Coordination is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom/Wireless is required.
  • Familiarity with telecom drawings and scope of work related to modification requests is beneficial.
