Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Spark Wellness Group is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join the group. The PMHNP is responsible for the direct care of a wide range of patients seen within the practice. You will provide initial/ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients, a complete physical assessment, a history of current and previous illness(es), a review of diagnostic tests. The clinician should be able to see children, adolescents, and adults. This individual will be providing care to various aspects of the practice with a wide range of knowledge in multiple specialties. This is a full-time. The environment is innovative, evidence-based, with a fantastic support team.

Requirements

  • Current state-issued PMHNP-BC license in the state of FL
  • Open to and knowledgeable about Telehealth protocols
  • Open to training to Electronic Health Care System
  • Develop a care plan that establishes goals, based on diagnosis
  • BLS certificate
  • Documenting daily assessments
  • Demonstrating a commitment to patient safety
  • Must be flexible and adaptable; conditions and environment are unpredictable and change frequently
  • Great communication skills.
  • Shows the ability to organize and prioritize workload independently
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Due to the scope of practice, the chosen candidate must be a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Job Types: Full Time

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm
