Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical projects across our gaming platform. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks.

The Project Manager will focus on execution—ensuring that development, operations, and business teams work together efficiently to deliver projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the gaming industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, Design, Operations, and Marketing to drive project completion.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, dependencies, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and workload distribution across teams.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Implement best practices in project management, ensuring adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other relevant methodologies.
  • Manage risks by identifying potential challenges and developing contingency plans.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery speed.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, risk logs, and retrospective insights.
  • Work closely with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all projects meet industry standards and requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the online gaming industry Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Familiarity with gaming industry standards and regulatory considerations is a plus.
