Leading and managing between 3-5 testers 20% of the time including monitoring the progress of project tasks, issuing regular updates to the project management, including risk management capability and problem solving and responsibility for training new software testers in the team.

Hands On work - 80% of the time which includes

Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functionals to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment

Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results.

Update & maintain documentation of the executed test cases, using IBEXI's methodology

Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented and fixed and help in UAT support to users

Review and provide input on Business Requirement and Functional Specification documents.

Experience with remote management.

Experience working with test management tools (Quality center\Jira)
- advantage.
