Work with cross-functional teams to address data discrepancies or issues. Organize and file digital records, ensuring easy access for team members. Perform general administrative duties as needed, including document scanning and data validation. Respond promptly to any requests for data reports or information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (1+ years preferred). Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong typing skills (60+ WPM with accuracy).
