Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN Diabetes Pt Educator PRN to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients with diabetes.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement evidence-based educational programs for nursing and non-licensed staff.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal care for patients with diabetes.
  • Provide individualized patient education related to diabetes management.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Kansas or current multi-state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) verification course through American Heart Assoc. or American Red Cross - Healthcare Provider CPR.
  • Preferred: Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
