The Waiter/Waitress/Server will take food and/or beverage orders and serve the guests of the restaurant outlets at the Coeur dAlene Casino Resort Hotel.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • Three years previous serving experience in a full service restaurant or bar required or must have passed required level I, II, and III front of house service tests.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict and influence outcomes preferred.
  • Strong multitasking skills required.
  • Excellent verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills preferred.
  • Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely.
  • Ability to guide and coach a team preferred.
