Reporting to the Director of IT Solutions, this newly created role will identify system requirements tied to business development and sales processes to support an exciting transformation of our customer experience. Partnering cross-functionally with team members and leadership across the organization, you will help configure and implement critical IT solutions essential to business growth, including the next iteration of our CPQ and CRM development in collaboration with internal and external IT partners. You will deliver successful IT solutions for a third-party sales community while leveraging your business and manufacturing expertise.


YOUR MISSION AS BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST


  • IDENTIFY BUSINESS & CUSTOMER-FACING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS – Serve as the subject matter expert in front-end business system configuration and implementation, partnering regularly with key stakeholders and senior business leaders across our organization. Lend industry insights and conduct relevant research to ensure that CAS’s use of CRM and CPQ tools yields an unmatched customer experience, ease of use upon delivery, and data analytics that can drive our business growth. Drive continuous improvement and innovation through the identification of user input, configurations, training, and integrations with emerging technology.
  • SUPPORT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – Leverage functional and technical skills to yield successful end-to-end configuration and implementation of improvements to our front-end business systems, from opportunity to quote to orders. Lead internal sales and sales support teams through business process mapping to determine requirements. Support ideation and project management for future customer portal. Proactively document processes, recommend solutions, and gain clarity on all IT deliverables.
  • BUILD STRONG INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS – Partner with internal team members alongside IT vendors and consultants to deliver innovative and efficient solutions to a wide range of IT challenges. Create collaborative partnerships to ensure accountability. Model a positive client-centric service mentality while delivering value-added IT solutions on time and within budget. Track milestones and oversee project lifecycle.


IS THIS A MATCH FOR YOU?


  • You have gained 3-5+ years of experience identifying system requirements through collaboration with key business partners. Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years of experience with both CRM and CPQ systems. Experience working with custom manufacturing requirements a plus.
  • You bring demonstrated success in analyzing sales and business processes, identifying system needs, and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to determine key requirements, to facilitate process mapping and to track project milestones and deliverable solutions.
  • You enjoy building relationships and collaborating with others to drive efficiency and continuous improvement throughout an organization.
  • You are well-versed in proactively communicating with internal team members and engaging external partners during the project lifecycle. You have learned to influence best practices and facilitate change in a cross-functional environment through active listening, effective communication, and collaboration.
  • You enjoy creative solutions and making an impact. You are results-oriented and bring strong project management skills. You are highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • You bring top-notch technology skills including proficiency in MS Office and a variety of CRM and/or CPQ systems, project management tools, and ERP systems. Familiarity with Epicor (ERP), ConfigureOne (CPQ), and Salesforce and/or MS Dynamics CRM a plus.
  • 4-year degree with a focus in business, technology or related field is preferred, yet not required.

LOCATION & TRAVEL


This position will be based on-site at our primary office and manufacturing facility in Chesterfield, Missouri. Future opportunity for 1 remote day/week. Travel to our facility in Wentzville, Missouri, will be limited.
