Aftersales Specialist Id-2746

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aftersales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining strong relationships with our dealers, distributors, and third-party partners while driving sales growth through proactive account management and prospecting. The ideal candidate will have a background in parts or machine applications, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Occasional domestic travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including dealers, distributors, and third-party partners.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, problem-solving, and value-added support.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, addressing issues promptly to meet customer needs.

Sales and Prospecting:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client’s requirements.

Aftersales Support:

  • Provide expert advice on parts and applications to help clients maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client issues.
  • Assist in the development of aftersales strategies to enhance revenue and customer loyalty.

Travel:

  • Conduct occasional domestic travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Preferred experience in parts, applications, or a related industry (Automotive, Agriculture, Appliances, Aviation, Construction, Energy, Mining, Power Generation, etc.).
  • Proven track record of sales success, with strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated sales rockstar with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Knowledge of the parts distribution industry and familiarity with dealer and distributor networks.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
