Warehouse Manager Id-2006

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, optimizing workflows, and leading a team to ensure the smooth functioning of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse management experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and familiarity with logistics software to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety.
  • Ensure the proper storage and handling of goods and materials, adhering to company standards.
  • Utilize logistics software to track inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize space utilization.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including delays or errors in shipment.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and logistics metrics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics or operations role.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software (e.g., O’Neil, SAP, Oracle, or other relevant platforms).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
  • Certified Forklift operator.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • No weekends or evening shifts

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
