Job Summary: ManagerAirlines Ticketing will oversee negotiations with airlines to secure optimal travel options, provide timely fare information to sales staff, ensure accurate ticket issuance and prompt billing, and efficiently manage cancellations and refunds. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, a deep understanding of international travel dynamics and a minimum of 5 years of experience using Galelio as a Global Distribution System (GDS). Key Result Areas: Negotiate with airlines to secure the best available travel options. Provide accurate and competitive fares to Sales staff within established turnaround times. Ensure minimal errors in ticket issuance processes. Manage billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Minimize cancellations and facilitate timely processing of refunds.
