You will learn what it’s like to operate at the largest scale in omnichannel fulfillment working across ~4700 stores, fulfillment centers and defining front-end experiences to help customers get whatever they want, wherever they want, whenever they want. No two days are the same! This role is strategic, high-visibility, and market leading.
As a Staff Product Manager your scope consists of leading complex projects and products, aligning product vision with business objectives, translating user research into feature ideation, and prioritizing and executing a roadmap that achieves business objectives. Your immediate focus would be to reimagine and redefine the Location Customer Experience, for fortune #1 company and on the world’s biggest stage!
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have comfort with analytics and user experience design, the ability to influence leaders and teams, demonstrate structured thinking, and have strong communication skills.
In this role you will…
- Define, develop, and enhance products – you will manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Test and Learn – you will define AB tests with your analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on your products and features, and tell compelling stories with data and UX
- Identify strategies and a vision for your fulfillment and customer location products using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, market opportunities, and business cases
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Providing overall direction for your products by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
