Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
  • Provide real-time support for customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalated issues.
