Your Role:

In this pivotal role, you will connect pharmaceutical companies with our robust network of healthcare professionals through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Development: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value pharmaceutical clients (60% of the role) while proactively driving new business (40%). You’ll cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to position MediQuality as their go-to partner for digital marketing solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, diagnose challenges, and craft tailored, data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute dynamic sales plans, ensuring a clear path to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
  • Project Ownership: Work seamlessly with internal teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes, maintaining client satisfaction at the heart of your efforts.
  • Performance Reviews and Engagement: Regularly provide clients with detailed updates and end-of-campaign reviews to highlight successes and areas for continued growth.
