Option Care Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Virtual/Remote position to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care plans with the healthcare team.
  • Provide telehealth support to patients, including education on medications, therapies, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Educate patients and their families about care processes, infusion therapies, and symptom management.
  • Provide ongoing virtual nursing support, addressing any concerns and ensuring the safe delivery of care.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health, infusion, or telehealth nursing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and electronic health records (EHR).
