Job Overview
We are actively seeking a meticulous and self-driven Part-Time Bookkeeper with a strong command of QuickBooks to join our dynamic small business team. Work hours may fluctuate based on seasonal demands, and a remote work option is available following an initial training phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the General Ledger (GL), adhering to GAAP standards.
- Generate customized financial reports as required.
- Manage time effectively across various tasks, ensuring timely and efficient updates.
- Attend in-person meetings 2-4 times per month to review updates and discuss progress.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential (certification is preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Capacity to adapt swiftly and effectively to changing circumstances.
Qualifications
