Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive professional to support our President and manage essential bookkeeping duties. This position calls for a multi-tasker who thrives on independence and maintains a positive demeanor in all interactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee bookkeeping tasks, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
  • Manage annual registrations with the state
  • Provide personal assistance to the President, including vacation planning and email management
  • Execute filing and scanning tasks
  • Maintain office and kitchen inventory
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Create and manage spreadsheets using Excel
  • Summarize leases and contracts
  • Manage the President’s calendar and track critical lease and contract dates
  • Conduct necessary research as required

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
