About Us:

C1 Staffing is a rapidly growing light-industrial staffing company, managing over 350 full-time workers with plans to scale to over $40M in annual payroll by the end of Q2. We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Payroll Specialist to help us build out and refine payroll processes as we grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for all temp workers, ensuring accuracy in hours and invoicing.
  • Manage workers’ compensation and payroll tax filings.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payroll systems and enhance efficiency.

  • Proficiency with payroll software.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/year
