Job Description:

The Dayforce Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the daily operations of payroll, benefits, and tax processes using the Dayforce platform. This role ensures compliance with global payroll requirements and provides critical support for process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process using the Dayforce system for multiple global regions.
• Administer payroll-related benefits, deductions, and tax calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data within Dayforce, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and benefit elections.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, including pre- and post-payroll audits, to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and international tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain customized Excel reports and analyses to support payroll operations and decision-making.
• Assist with system updates, upgrades, and testing to optimize Dayforce functionality.
• Provide training and support to HR and Finance teams on payroll processes and best practices.
• Support year-end processes, including tax filings and preparation of W-2s or other required documentation.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, with a strong emphasis on global payroll.
• Hands-on experience with the Dayforce payroll system is required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

Skills and Abilities:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
