Job Description
We are seeking a performance-driven, proven Clinical Educator to deliver educational support and training for Healthcare Professionals and other office staff within oncology facilities/offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing education through in-services to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information, presenting educational programs, and engaging in program-related communications with client's field-based sales force. You will also be required to communicate concerns identified during the in-service education process, report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff, complete administrative responsibilities, coordinate travel, and develop relationships with key customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience, including direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education, group in servicing, and proficiency in peripheral IV access. You should also possess chemotherapy infusion experience, strong problem-solving skills, demonstrable organizational skills, a self-starter mentality, and high personal motivation. A valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance are also essential. Preference will be given to candidates with certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) and adult oncology experience.
