As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
