$87,300 - $167,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations with clients residing to assess their life insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions for securing their financial future.
  • Present a range of life insurance products to help clients choose coverage that meets their goals.
  • Educate clients on the importance of life insurance and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the client base through referrals, local events, and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing continuous service and adapting to their evolving needs.
  • Achieve personal sales targets ethically while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance skills and progress in the field of life insurance.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of agents and mentors to share ideas and contribute to collective success.
