Director, Implementation Id-1983
Overview
The Director of Implementation has responsibility for leading and inspiring the Implementation team in the Payments Optimization business unit. This individual will be accountable for working closely with the Sales, Operations and Technology teams as well as elevating and continuously improving client implementations. This role ensures client delight, as well as meeting and exceeding business objectives and operational metrics based on strategic goals. This individual will motivate and develop the team to ensure a leadership pipeline and positive associate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support overall operations strategy for Zelis Payments, specific to Implementations modernization, execution and delivering against revenue targets
- Maintain close partnerships with stakeholders in sales, client experience and technology to ensure flawless handoffs and holistic client familiarity, driving OneZelis alignment
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the implementation team to increase efficiency and effectiveness, mentor leaders and individuals on communication, approach, influence, and project management
- Prevent client concerns and escalations, ensure a positive client experience throughout the implementation process, address issues and challenges to maintain project deadlines and expectations around quality
- Ensure regular 2-way communication with a variety of stakeholders based on individual needs, inputs and outputs
- Build, analyze and evolve key performance indicators to assess success, apply corrective action and celebrate as appropriate
- Create a positive organizational culture and demonstrate a growth mindset

- Technical ability and analytical skills
- Familiarity with technology, financial and/or healthcare industries
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and in all areas, inside and outside the organization, creating alignment and engagement
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, ability to align stakeholders with conflicting priorities
Experiences + Background
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 3-5 years executive leadership experience (Leader of leaders)

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
