Amazon Assistant Id-1133

We’re seeking an experienced Amazon Assistant to join our team and manage brand accounts end-to-end on the Amazon Seller Central platform. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in all aspects of Amazon seller operations.

Responsibilities


  • Manage brand accounts on Amazon, overseeing all aspects of their presence on the platform
  • Handle end-to-end Amazon inventory management, including:
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Creating and tracking shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers
  • Optimizing shipments for cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Monitoring stock levels and forecasting inventory needs
  • Coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Create and manage promotions to drive sales and improve visibility, including:


  • Lightning Deals
  • Coupons and promotional codes
  • Amazon Vine program management
  • Seasonal and holiday promotional strategies

 

  • Monitor the Account Health dashboard daily and proactively address any issues, including:
  • Policy violations
  • Performance notifications
  • Intellectual property complaints
  • Customer service metrics
  • Work on fixing account or product issues promptly to maintain good standing with Amazon
  • Create comprehensive reports on account performance and market trends
  • Optimize product listings and implement effective Amazon SEO strategies
  • Provide excellent Amazon customer service and maintain high seller ratings
  • Manage returns, reimbursements, and refunds
  • Proactively open cases and resolve issues with Amazon Seller Support
  • Utilize spreadsheets and Helium 10 for data analysis and keyword research
  • Monitor and improve product reviews and ratings
  • Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining optimal inventory levels
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes
  • Document processes thoroughly for team reference and training purposes
  • Use project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon account management or similar role
  • Deep understanding of Amazon’s seller platform and policies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). Must know excel formulas - Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
  • Experience with Helium 10 or similar Amazon seller tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate Amazon Seller Support effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Experience in creating and optimizing shipments for Amazon FBA
  • Proficiency in creating clear, detailed SOPs and process documentation
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Monday, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
