Airbnb Customer Services familiar with Guesty/Operto Teams – Contract to Hire Id-2570
We are looking for a virtual assistant who is an excellent multitasker and can seamlessly switch from one thing on the to-do list to the next. Being a proficient communicator above all else is a must. You must be fluent in English and be able to speak clearly on the phone to guests and vendors.
GUEST RELATIONS…
? Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
?Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates as our brand with our travelers. MUST have deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT
?Must be comfortable speaking English on the phone and have the ability to use a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors
? Screen Potential Guests
? Provide Support For Guests / Resolve guest’s issues in Airbnb, VRBO or Marriott
? Respond To Guest Inquiries
? Communicate and escalate issues to Management via Slack
? Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status
? Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO or other platforms
COMPANY TASKS:
? Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
? Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
? Build, manage and report in-house maintenance labor
? Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
? Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
You must be available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones with perfect English and grammar.
This position is a part time, temp position starting Mid-October for 3 months with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025. Shift availability must be Thursday & Friday 3pm-11p CST.
Please Note: There may be additional opportunities for part time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST for the right candidates.
