Fandom is growing! Our Ad Impact Measurement Senior Manager opportunity can be based in the US and reports to our Director of Sales Research & Insights. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Ad Impact to join our dynamic team at Fandom. In this role, you will be responsible for taking Fandom’s ad impact function to the next level by building new capabilities, establishing new processes, and introducing new vendors to our toolset. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ad impact measurement and analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurement innovation, integrating measurement into ad products, and driving tangible results to further the business. 

You Will...

  • Design and execute measurement strategies that are uniquely tailored to our clients KPI’s 
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, and content teams, to share valuable insights that will fuel the future success with clients and programs
  • Articulate measurement findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Establish robust norms, case studies, and best practice standards to elevate the performance and impact of our external client campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance ad impact, optimize targeting, and improve overall campaign effectiveness
  • Work with product teams to onboard 3rd party/white labeled measurement into internal systems
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure Fandoms offerings are innovative and competitive in the marketplace

You Have...

  • Proven experience 6+ years in a similar role within the media or advertising industry.
  • Experience with Analytical tools such as SQL, python, etc. and/or experience building dashboards via tableau/lookr/etc. is a plus 
  • In-depth knowledge of ad impact measurement platforms, metrics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building out best practices and processes
  • Experience managing budget/negotiating with data and research partners
