As an EBS Contact Center specialist, you will take a high volume of approaching calls, and composed requests from providers, and partners while exploring numerous frameworks to support responding to questions and settling issues.

The Favored Prerequisites:
Client support Involvement with a Contact Place job.
Experience in working in a far-off climate.
Walmart Provider/Walmart Store correspondence experience.
Capable with Microsoft Office programs (Standpoint, Word, Succeed)
Secondary school confirmation or GED
Effective finish of compulsory preparation
Area: Work from Home in the Supported States
Hours: Monday – Friday between the long stretches of 7 AM and 5 PM CST
