We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Marketing to join our B2B Marketing team. This role requires a well-rounded marketing professional with a proven track record in content and event marketing, onboarding user flows, and expertise in developing demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, compelling writing skills, ability to think outside the box, and an innovative approach to driving growth and building effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive demand and growth for new and existing partners and operators.

  • Design and produce go-to-market (GTM) and sales enablement materials for the B2B organization.

  • Leverage content and event marketing to enhance brand visibility, drive key business metrics, and engagement. 

Data & Business Metric Driven:

  • Analyze data and business metrics to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing strategies, and make data-driven decisions that drive growth.

  • Be a strong contributor to KPI discussions and establish reporting frameworks to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Enablement & Creative Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with Strategy and Operations to create sales enablement tools and creative campaigns that support growth objectives.

Collaboration with Email Marketing:

  • Work closely with the email marketing team to support customer lifecycle journeys.

  • Provide strategic inputs and marketing assets to enhance the success of email campaigns.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing multi-functional marketing team, nurturing talent and fostering professional growth.

  • Cultivate an environment of collaboration and excellence, encouraging a “get stuff done” attitude.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a key leader within the B2B Marketing Organization, collaborating effectively with peers and other departments.

  • Foster authentic and empathetic leadership to guide team efforts and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing as a generalist, and a minimum of 3 years managing teams.

  • Proven success in managing teams and developing individual team member skills.

  • Strong visual and creative design capabilities.

  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content.

  • Experience in developing sales enablement materials.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
