Sr Manager LLO Creative Marketing - SOLA

THE ROLE

The Creative Marketing Manager will be part of the Netflix Marketing team based in Buenos Aires. This person will lead the marketing creative development for a selection of our SOLA and NOLA markets series & films, working on creative concept, positioning and visual identity of our shows. In this role, you will be the creative strategist responsible for the branding of our locally produced titles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creative Marketing Lead: Develop the marketing positioning for a selection of our South & North Latin markets (Argentina , Colombia, Chile) series and films and come up with outstanding and highly crafted creative assets to promote these shows to a variety of audiences;
• Develop the content positioning and creative platform and the strategy on how the Title will come to life to creative assets.
• Campaign Creative: Manage the creation of promotional AV and Artwork for these shows, such as title Teasers, Trailers, Logos and Key Visuals; paid social assets, date announcement
• Constantly nurture and grow a network of agencies and partners with creative excellence;
• Agency pitches & Agency lead: Brief agencies, editors, photographers and designers to deliver stunning creative materials that will communicate the positioning of our shows;
• Partner with a team of producers responsible for managing shootings, production, adaptations, localization, and delivery of these promotional materials;
• Connect and nurture trusted partnerships with showrunners, production houses and internal Content executives;
• Act as an internal ambassador for our Spanish series and films, keeping informed and sharing relevant updates to a variety of internal teams;
• Organize scope, budget, and overall campaign resources in a fast changing dynamic environment.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ability to balance the short and long-term needs of multiple cross-functional teams including: Content,Product, Creative Production, Public Relations, Marketing, Partnerships, among others. Lead and manage communication and workflow on a range of creative projects, ensuring effective exchange of deliverables with cross-functional and external partners. Ability to effectively and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines and project deliverables with internal and external partners.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• +10 years of marketing, strategic planning or creative experience, preferably at an entertainment company, creative agency or content production house;
• Proven track record of delivering of high profile campaigns with an exceptional craft and design;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in working with a diverse range of creative partners - agencies, photographers, filmmakers, etc;
• Experience in managing a high volume of projects in parallel, while collaborating with diverse, geographically-dispersed teams;
• Relevant knowledge to guide external and internal partners in production of video, artwork, digital, and social asset types while understanding the fundamentals of production, localization, budgeting and project managing;
• Fluent written and verbal English language is required.
