Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic part-time therapist to become a vital member of our compassionate mental health team. This position allows you to deliver impactful mental health services to individuals and families in Monroe County, IL, all from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and team members in monthly meetings to discuss program development, clinical oversight, and staff enhancement.
- Offer a diverse array of therapeutic services, including assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management for adults, children, and families.
- Craft and execute personalized treatment plans that align with the unique requirements of clients, ensuring thorough and timely documentation in line with agency policies.
- Adhere to agency standards for billable services and contribute to peer reviews and program evaluations to improve service delivery.
- Keep abreast of the latest clinical practices and knowledge to enhance client outcomes.
- Participate in fostering a collaborative environment by engaging in staff meetings, medical staffings, and annual evaluations.
- Uphold professional licensure requirements and commit to ongoing professional development.
Required Skills
- Proficient understanding of community mental health settings and telehealth modalities.
- Excellent communication abilities, ensuring clarity and understanding with both clients and colleagues.
- Capable of independently troubleshooting technical issues, with IT support available when necessary.

Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work.
- Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services to adults and children, including case management.
