Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic part-time therapist to become a vital member of our compassionate mental health team. This position allows you to deliver impactful mental health services to individuals and families in Monroe County, IL, all from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and team members in monthly meetings to discuss program development, clinical oversight, and staff enhancement.
  • Offer a diverse array of therapeutic services, including assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management for adults, children, and families.
  • Craft and execute personalized treatment plans that align with the unique requirements of clients, ensuring thorough and timely documentation in line with agency policies.
  • Adhere to agency standards for billable services and contribute to peer reviews and program evaluations to improve service delivery.
  • Keep abreast of the latest clinical practices and knowledge to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications
