Remote Speech-Language Pathologist

ProCare Therapy has partnered with a great school district in the Williamsport, PA, area that is looking to hire a remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the 24-25 school year. Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
  • Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual student’s needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication virtually.
  • Collaborate remotely with teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.

Experience:

  • Two years of previous experience in a school-based setting is required.

Certification:

  • Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Up-to-date state clearances (fingerprints, TB testing if applicable, background check, etc.)
    • ACT 168 Form - Good for 5 years

    • ACT 126 Form (Mandated Reporter) - Good for 5 years

    • PA Child Abuse Clearance Form - Good for 5 years

    • PA Fingerprints- ACT 114

    • TB test is no longer required for virtual candidates.

    • PATCH background check (requires payment)

    • Arrest and Conviction Report
