Intern Responsibilities:

Develop skills in Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
  • Post job openings across multiple platforms, ensuring broad visibility to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates proactively through platforms like LinkedIn and other talent networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.

Gain experience in Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and recommend creative solutions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the candidate experience.

Contribute to Hiring and Offer Coordination:

  • Call candidates to extend job offers and communicate details clearly.
  • Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and necessary documentation.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure contracts are signed and documentation is completed promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and hiring steps in the recruitment system.


Eligibility Requirement:

Applicants for this internship program must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an educational institution and receiving school credit for the internship.
  • Must be able to demonstrate that the internship is integrated with their coursework, enhancing their educational experience.
  • Must fulfill specific educational requirements set by their institution, department, or major program of study.


Suggested Qualifications:

  • Degree/profile in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology etc. 
  • Fluent English (Bilingual is a plus)
  • Business-oriented and open-minded
  • Good communication skills 
  • Able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease  
  • Able to cope with pressure 
  • Flexible and adaptable


Duration, Schedule & Pay:

  • Internship Duration: This is a 3-6 month unpaid internship.
  • Positions Available: We are seeking either 1 full-time intern or 2 part-time interns (one for morning shifts, one for afternoon shifts).
  • Shift Options: Choose from the following shift options:
  • 20 hours per week for 6 months
  • 30 hours per week for 4 months
  • 40 hours per week for 3 months
  • Daily Schedule: You will be required to work 4 hours per day between 8 AM and 6 PM EST. There is flexibility in choosing the specific hours that best fit your schedule as long as you complete your required shift hours for the week by Friday at 6 PM EST.
