We’re one of the top house-buying companies in the US, growing fast and looking for a high-performing sales professional to join our team. We’re seeking a motivated, independent Acquisitions Manager to work remotely and help us purchase more houses from homeowners every month.

We’re talking between $6500-10,800 CAD+ per month - a combination of base + commission.

As an Acquisitions Manager, you’ll be on the front lines, talking with homeowners who are interested in selling their homes to us. Your goal is to make offers, negotiate prices and terms, follow up relentlessly, and get deals under contract for us to buy.

We spend 10s of $1,000s per month to generate leads which you will be given to close.

We’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to learn, takes initiative, and knows how to build rapport, communicate value, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Directly with Sellers: Connect with homeowners to understand their needs, motivations, and how we can help solve their problems by purchasing their property.
  • Own Your Pipeline: Take charge of your leads and keep them moving forward. Use our CRM daily to stay organized, follow up consistently, and close deals.
  • Respond Quickly: Be ready to answer calls immediately and act fast on new leads from ads, referrals, signs, and other sources.
  • Showcase Our Value: Use scripts and follow our proven methods to highlight our expertise and handle objections with confidence and integrity.
  • Engage with Potential Sellers: Spend the majority of your day connecting with sellers by phone, uncovering their goals, and building real value in the process.
  • Analyze Properties: Use comps, Google Street View, Zillow, and local insights to support strong offers. (training will be provided for this.)
  • Negotiate Contracts: Work directly with homeowners and agents to secure contracts, paying close attention to the details that matter in each deal.
