**Job Description:**

As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care to critically ill children in our ICU and PICU units. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise in central lines, tube feedings, chest tubes, and oscillators will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Level IV NICU or similar setting
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
