Part-time Ronald McDonald House/Family Room Assistant (Weekends and Public Holidays) Id-2613

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently. You enjoy interacting with people and believes in being able to contribute towards a good experience with Ronald McDonald House Charities. Possess ability to build rapport with the working team.

Reports to Operations Lead at RMHC based at the National University Hospital Singapore.

The job

  • Assist families with registration at the Ronald McDonald Family Room
  • Help families check-in and out of the Ronald McDonald House
  • Provide general assistance and support to families when necessary
  • Ensure supplies are stocked across all facilities
  • Maintain tidiness and cleanliness at facilities, light housekeeping when necessary
  • Assist staff in administrative duties

Requirements And Qualities We Are Looking For

  • Relevant experience in guest-relation or receptionist roles is a plus
  • Great interpersonal skills – friendly, tactful, dependable and yet discreet
  • Neat and pleasant in appearance
  • Comfortable with working with members of the public, staff and volunteers

Schedule

  • Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
  • Shifts: 9am – 1pm, 1pm – 5pm, and 5pm – 9pm

Orientation and training will be provided by Operations Staff.

Hourly pay rate at $9/hour.

Benefits include cash value of entitled annual leave and pro-rated paid Public Holidays.
