- Perform independent gap analysis and identify key factors that determine success for the project.

- Develop overall operations strategy as well as internal and external partnerships, corrective action plans and associated presentations for key leadership.

- Perform operations research to qualify new opportunities, including analysis of project data, financial forecast, documented requirements, current customer preferences, competitive environment assessments, and staff strengths and weaknesses; Perform gap analyses of Maximus capabilities against contract requirements.- Participate in meetings with customers (internal and external), clients, and teammates to develop insight on requirements, operations strategy, partnership opportunities, and contract tracking and development.

- Assist with program development during start up and for selected ongoing operations and provide detailed reports on activities to leadership staff.

- Actively participate in the overall strategic planning.

- Conduct after action reviews for all operations staff to document lessons learned and identify necessary adjustments to technique, strategy, and actions.

- Develop and implement modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities.

- Conduct statistical analyses and evaluate a wide variety of information to assess operational effectiveness.

- Design and implement process improvements that enhance customer service and optimize business operational efficiency and quality.

- Create, analyze, and deliver customized reporting for both internal and external customers.

- Develop high-quality communications suitable for clients.

The 6 month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances: employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.

This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps creation is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is strongly preferred.

This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Home office requirements:

*Reliable high-speed internet service

*Minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity

*Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
