Newborn Care Specialist (NCS)

A family in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced and loving Newborn Care Specialist to provide exceptional care for their newborn (4 weeks old). This is a live-in position requiring 24/7 availability with a 5-hour daily break, for a 6-month duration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an NCS, a responsible and upbeat demeanor, and a nurturing approach to infant care.

Position Details:

Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Schedule: 7 days per week, live-in, 24-hour care with a 5-hour daily break
Compensation: Day rate, DOE
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:

-Provide around-the-clock care and support for the newborn.
-Develop and implement a consistent routine for feeding, sleeping, and other newborn care needs.
-Monitor the baby's development and milestones, and provide updates to the parents.
-Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
-Assist with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding as needed.
-Ensure the baby's safety, health, and well-being at all times.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS).
-Expertise in infant care, including sleep training, feeding schedules, and soothing techniques.
-CPR and First Aid certified.
-A loving, upbeat, and responsible demeanor.
-Ability to commit to the full 6-month schedule.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
