Need virtual assistant to respond to for admin, airbnb, property emails and call customers. ID-8845

 


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to support our director when he is out on building sites and site visits. This role is remote and requires availability from 7 AM to late afternoon (UK time), Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual PA, you will handle various administrative tasks for a UK-based property company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your duties will include:

Managing the director’s emails and admin tasks

Responding to customer phone calls by email

Calling customers back who need help with urgent issues

Arranging maintenance work, including:

Responding to customer emails requesting maintenance
